Disclaimer on 3-Day Delivery

At in3dagenonline we strive to help every client go live with a professional website or online store within 3 business days. However, when a project includes more than five pages, or when there are many manual tasks involved (such as repetitive entries or complex functionalities), this may affect the feasibility of delivery within 3 days.

If the client requests a larger website or online store and still wishes to go live within 3 days, we will do our utmost to achieve this, provided that all necessary information, texts, images, and requirements are delivered in full and on time.

In all cases, we maintain transparent communication about the feasibility of the requested delivery date so that expectations are realistic and clear.

Order Confirmation and Cost Determination

We hereby confirm that, as soon as we begin carrying out work to design, develop, or modify a website or online store — including task planning, preparatory actions, design or development work, or any other form of time commitment — this will automatically entail invoicing of costs in accordance with our current rates.

If the client cancels the project during execution without a valid reason or without mutual agreement, we will make every effort, where possible, to complete the project carefully. In such a case, the hours already performed and the dedication of our expertise will be invoiced. The fact that the project is terminated early by the client does not exempt them from the payment obligation for the work carried out up to that point.

We recommend providing all necessary information fully and on time to ensure smooth project progress.

We Do Not Provide White-Label Services

We do not work in a white-label capacity. This means that all websites, online stores, and related projects we create are developed and delivered under our own brand. Transparency about our contribution is important to us, and therefore we reserve the right to include completed projects in our portfolio, both on our website and in other communications for the promotion of our services.

By accepting the assignment, you consent to the final result being displayed as a reference.
